    ADG Delivery and Surveying services are based on many years of experience in taking delivery of a wide range of aircraft types; from small private types of large wide body commercial aircraft

    We can provide comprehensive expertise in many project areas, such as returning aircraft to the owners from a lease contract to guaranteeing the aircraft compliance to ensure that its return condition meets the relevant industry and aviation authority standards.

    Maintenance Supervision

    ADG Maintenance Supervision service consists of a team of experts who will monitor and supervise each aircraft maintenance period to ensure that it fully meets the requirements of both FAA/EASA Part-145 and EASA Part-CAMO. In doing so, we will ensure that all base maintenance is carried out to the required standard and that all work orders, correctly signed task cards, applicable references, attached documents such as serviceable tags, and certificates of authenticity are readily available.

    ADG also offers a maintenance facility audit service to ensure that sufficient, equipment, personnel and other resources are in place to carry out the planned work, as well as assessing the overall quality of the maintenance facility and its personnel.

    Our team will establish and maintain a man-hour plan that demonstrates sufficient resources to carry out the planned work scope. Furthermore, we will ensure that all maintenance instructions are readily available to them throughout the maintenance period

    ADG will ensure that scheduled maintenance is carried out in accordance with issued work orders, and that all documents and computer entries are properly completed and directed to the customer’s Continuing Airworthiness Department for filing as appropriate. We will also consolidate all the required space parts that are intended for use during the maintenance period, and ensure that they have been issued with EASA Form One, FAA 8130, UK/CAA Form 1 or TCCA 24-0078 when they have been received.

    If necessary, ADG will also participate in analysis and liaison with manufacturers and competent authorities if any disputes should arise in regards to concerns about the work space.

    aircraft engineering

    ADG can provide owners and operators with assistance, or full management, relating to the purchase of aircraft, engine components, materials, tooling and other aircraft related equipment. We will guarantee that each item intended for use on the aircraft fully meets the standards directed by each manufacturer, and that all parts, tools and equipment (whether they have been purchased, repaired or overhauled) are acquired from an approved source.

    ADG maintains consistency by only ordering parts using ILSmart software in accordance with each aircraft specification and the approved aircraft maintenance program. Our team are fully up to date with the latest vendor airworthiness directives or new purchases, aircraft components and materials that are held in stock.

    ADG will obtain quotes from approved vendors, complete the required tender analysis and issue purchase orders for all components, services and materials required at all levels of aircraft maintenance. Additionally, we are able to issue repair orders and related documents to outside contractors, will follow up on spare parts shipments, manage repair processes and arrange returns / credits for unused components and materials
